Daisi Omidiji
Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer
Daisi holds the overall
responsibility for the organization. He brings to the company a very
diverse and broad based educational and professional experience
covering Banking, Accounting, Tax Management, Corporate Finance,
Management Consulting, Corporate Planning and Strategy.
Over a span of eighteen
years post-graduation, Daisi has been at different points an investment
banker, multinational corporate treasurer, multinational corporate
planner & strategist, management consultant & training
specialist, international trade finance & development
professional.
Academically, he holds a
B.Sc (Accounting) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State,
Nigeria & an MBA (Finance) from the University of Benin. Benin
City, Edo State, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of the Certified Cost
Management Institute of Nigeria, a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of
Taxation of Nigeria and an Associate of The Institute of
Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Daisi has attended many
Management and Executive Management courses within and outside Nigeria
and has also written and delivered many papers on various aspects of
finance, strategy and general management.
He is the President of
Timeless Holdings Limited (www.timelessholdings.com), a
Nigerian investment holding company. Daisi sits also on the Board of a
number of other Nigerian companies in various capacities.

Koley Rufai
Executive Director, Corporate Finance
Koley is responsible for
overseeing the Corporate Finance function of the company.His experience
includes leading a range of accounting, finance,research,
investment/portfolio management, businessdiagnosis and restructuring,
corporate strategy, corporate finance, audit and assurance, training
and management services. Koley was the only Nigerian Manager in
Pricewater House Coopers’ African Central Corporate Finance
Team and the only Nigerian member to be trained in Corporate Finance
special skills before he resigned from the services of the firm in 2005.
His core strengths are
management, planning and strategy, accounting and finance, valuation
and financial modeling Sikiru holds a B.Sc (from University of Jos) and
an MBA (from University of Lagos). He is a chartered accountant with 13
years of professional experience in different sectors.

Yinka Suleman
Executive Director, Investments &
Special Projects
Yinka oversees the
Investment & Special Projects unit of the company where he
ensures that all risk elements attached to investments under our
assessment are highlighted and mitigated.
Yinka has over seventeen
years of finance, accounting, risk management and consulting
experience. He has been at different times an Audit, Manager,
Bank’s head of internal
control, Bank’s head of risk management, general manager of a
finance and stock broking firm and managing partner of a management
consulting firm.
Academically, Yinka holds
an HND (Ilaro Polytechnic), an MBA (Lagos State University) and an M.Sc
(Westminster University, London). He is an Associate of The Institute
of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and The Chartered Institute of
Taxation of Nigeria. Yinka is widely read and extensively traveled.
